The President of INC GROUP in the Leader Program

On 2 April, the President of INCOSA (INC GROUP) used the Training Classroom that the company has in its central building in the Technological Park of Boecillo, to give a talk to a group of students selected from the various chairs of Business Family of Castilla y León, Spain.
The talk was scheduled to 45 minutes but the interest of attendees, along with the relaxed situation, made that it extend for an hour and a half. Mr. Vega was accompanied by the Director of Foundation of Family Business and by the Corporate Director of INC GROUP. To the final Colloquium, joined the Financial Director of INC GROUP. In this Conference the students showed their interest in business strategies, as well as the way of managing and exercising leadership.
This Conference fits in the Curso Lider 10, a pioneer training program which will provide students the chance to share a work afternoon with prominent businessmen in the region. The course is particularly aimed at students from degrees in areas of Economics and Business of the Universities of Castilla y León and in particular to those who are studying any of the Family Business' courses offering by the five existing professorships in the universities of the region.
They may also participate in it entrepreneurs, directors and managers with positions of responsibility in family companies in any sector that, through this program, will know strategies and ideas that may help them to improve the functioning of their own company.
